This extensive breadth of training and experience places Hamish in a highly privileged clinical position; able to asses, manage and treat a wide range of health challenges, from multiple angles, simultaneously making a consultation both cost and time effective.

Hamish now owns, and is working exclusively from, The Plymouth Naturopathic Clinic in Mannamead, Plymouth UK. This clinic opened its doors to patients in June 2013; providing a true blend of holistic, naturopathic and functional health care to the public in a relaxed and calm environment.

Being both the owner/manager and the principle clinician allows Hamish to deliver his unique blend of healthcare expertise in a clinical setting resulting in the provision of high standards of functional patient-centred care.

Ilias Sachpazidis DO.   M.Ost.   M.I.O.

Ilias is a structural and functional and visceral osteopath, who joined the clinic to complement and specialize in the field of cranial osteopathy. He treats all age groups, including babies, adolescent and pre and post-natal women. Ilias graduated from the European School of Osteapthy with a Masters degree in 2014 and is registered with the general Osteopathic concil (GOSC) and is a member of the Institute of Osteaopthy (iO)

Ilias believes that cranial osteopathy is one of the most progressive and intriguing types of osteopathy. Due to the technique's subtlety it requires much from the practitioner: advanced palpation skills, mindfulness and patience, all of which may give the patient unlimited beneficial effects on the whole body and mind. Ilias' interest and aspiration in the cranial field comes from his drive to increase the well-being and health in his patient.

Ilias, as a wholistic practitioner, will not only look at the joints of the body but will assess the internal organs. They not only have structural effect on the bones they attach on, exerting tension and pulling them out of place but also has a neurological effect on the central nervous system that leads to overactivity of the muscles.

If you would like to make an appointment with Ilias you can contact the clinic where we can access his diary and make an appointmert.  As Ilias is self-employed you can also contact him directly to make an appointment via his mobile 07522 301 587 where you can leave a message if he is unavailable. Clara Southby RN, RM, M (Res.)  B.Sc. (Hons.)  B.Sc. (Mid.)

Clara Southby is an experienced midwife, having spent many years practicing in the community, she now works in Derriford Hospital as part of the clinical education team. She is employed by the Plymouth Naturopathic Clinic to provide a phlebotomy service for patients.

In her role as a midwife and nurse Clara is experienced at taking blood, providing a useful addition to clinical and functional testing, allowing us to utilise a wide range of blood based functional tests. This is often essential when, in some cases, bio-markers are best detected in the blood rather than other bodily fluids such as saliva and urine. For more information on the range of functional testing we employ please follow the link.
